I'm a Sultanate of Oman citizen, I have studied an ASSISTANT NURSE COURSE in Oman, of 2 years duration in 1984, then I worked as an assistant nurse for 12 years in traumatic hospital (KHOULA HOSPITAL)-( Ministry of Health ),worked 1&1/2 year in ortho ward, 10&1/2 years in Operating theatre - 2 & 1/2 years as an anaesthetist assistant in Anaesthesia department, 8 years in Orthopaedic surgery rooms as a scrub and circulating nurse, where I assigned mostly, where I tried to pick up most of the Ortho surgery techniques. I have retired in 1996 (retired on request), and now I would like to have an upgrade course from an assistant to a registered nurse, plus I want to have a course of operating room nursing - mainly orthopaedic surgery procedures. Because I wanted to join back to the same place I worked before. The documents I have are: -7th standard certificate (educational). -An assistant nurse course, from Institute of health sciences-Muscat- Sultanate of Oman. I want some one to help me in that. The Ministry of Health asking me to get a higher certificate to join back, where I have the 7th standard certificate, as you know I will have to study for 5 years, if I do that I will be then closer to the retirement age, they might not take me back because of the age, at present I am 36 years old.
